Barefoot at Broken Head Wedding

Funnily enough, Declan & Tammy had the same set of friends. Surprisingly, they still hadn’t even sighted each other! With Tammy having a penchant for fast cars and hot boys, one of the mutual friends mentioned some random who had a Mitsubishi Evo. Nothing about whether he was hot or not! Anyway, a meet and greet was set up with the car and before Tammy had even laid eyes on Dec, she just in! Declans first impression was, mmm, she’s a ‘sort’, pretty eyes, followed by oh god I’m going to have to let this girl get behind my wheels!
Besides being instantly drawn to each other Dec wasn’t one to rush in to anything serious. They pretty much hung out for a year together, even holidayed together before Dec made it official! Their first serious date was cruising around in the Evo before stopping off at one of the seediest pubs in Alkborough. It did come with a pool table and cheap beer though! Their relationship finally kicked into overdrive, fun times were plentiful and hearts were a flutter.
Dec & Tammy have had some remarkable and challenging experiences in their time together. They share a love of travel which has lead them living on the East coast of Aus!
They enjoy anytime with their fur baby, Sabre, who is their heart on 4 legs! They share a love of camping, 4Wdriving, skydiving, skiing, binging on friends and anytime with a knife and fork!
Another major highlight was the day Dec dropped to his good knee. It all unfolded whilst away camping for Tammy’s Birthday weekend. Dec had it in his head that it would take place at the top of the mountain with an epic backdrop but the weather conditions were not on his side. Plan B it was, which consisted of minus zero conditions in their rooftop tent and baked beans out of a can. With chattering teeth, Dec asked, “Will you marry me?” Tammy thought, “your kidding aren’t ya?” and took some convincing it was actually a real engagement!
