If there are changes to the dates, times or locations, Gary Patterson must be informed to ensure that Gary Patterson can provide The Services specified.
Should any changes hinder the provision of The Services then Gary Patterson shall be relieved of the obligation to provide The Services that are affected. If these changes are made within one month of The Shoot Date, then the relief of The Services shall be without loss of fees.
Where additional shooting time is agreed by Gary Patterson, Gary Patterson will be retained at additional cost (refer to advertised packages at byronphotos.com.au/ packages/ website for guidelines).
In the spirit of cooperation to achieve a mutually beneficial outcome, it is agreed that The Client/s and Gary Patterson communicate with each other freely.
To facilitate group shots The Client/s will provide a shooting list nominating individuals in each group shot. The Client/s will provide a coordinator who will locate individuals and organise them into groups (e.g., family, friends, etc) to be photographed.
The Client/s will give Gary Patterson warning of key events at the Shoot to ensure that Gary Patterson have time to set up, e.g., arrival at a Ceremony, Bouquet throwing, group shots, etc.
Some guests dislike having their photo taken and refuse to cooperate thereby thwarting shooting opportunities. In such cases Gary Patterson will not be held responsible for a lack of images of these people.
If the Shoot does not run on time, it is understood that this may result in a reduction in shooting time and /or force Gary Patterson to leave at the Shoot End Time without further ado to fulfill other commitments.
The shooting time assumes minimal travel between locations, e.g., shooting a couple of locations within a few kilometres of the wedding is acceptable. Additional travel needs to be divulged by The Client/s to establish the cost impact if any.
In rainy or stormy conditions Gary Patterson is at liberty to stop shooting to protect photographic equipment. The Client/s are encouraged to provide an able bodied helper to hold an umbrella over Gary Patterson to facilitate shooting.
The safety and comfort of the Couple and their guests is not the responsibility of Gary Patterson.
Many guests will have digital cameras. In the spirit of cooperation, The Client/s agree to give Gary Patterson precedence over the guests for shooting.
Venue management may impose limitations on photographers, e.g., prohibiting flash photography. The Client/s will make themselves aware of the venue limitations and advise Gary Patterson and the Client/s agree to accept the Venue limitations.
The copyright of photographs remains with Gary Patterson.
Gary Patterson grants The Client/s permission to make copies of the images for personal use by The Client/s and their friends and relatives. The Sale, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from Gary Patterson.
The Client/s grant Gary Patterson and its legal representatives, heirs and assigns, the irrevocable and unlimited consent to use the photographs of The Client/s for editorial, competition, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner, to alter the photographs without restriction and to copyright the images.
