Bailey’s on Fernleigh

Tintenbar, NSW

Arranging your wedding from the UK isn’t so difficult if you make contact with enthusiastic locals that know the venues and can point you in the right direction.

Baileys on Fernleigh was the perfect lodging and wedding venue for the immediate family. What’s more the summer sun was kind enough to spare us a scorcher so even suits were doable.

Both guest houses were abuzz with last minute preparations and it the 3 piece band was already strumming a few numbers on the porch.

The boys went down to the ceremony hut on Emigrant Creek and started setting up the flowers and candle lights followed by the bride, page boy and her maid of honour.

A few tears, cuddles, kisses and laughs was all it took to tie the knot then it was time to enjoy a few bubbles and nibbles with the family around the pool.

Next Day we headed to the Serpentine in Ballina and Boulders Beach Headland for some fun shots. David and Sophie have that exuberant energy which made this shoot a fab memory for all.
